Thank you for choosing to invest in your Style and Coaching Journeys with Embodied Radiance & Devotion by Vaibhavi Radhy Patel. Each journey is a personalized, high-touch process designed to support your transformation through style or embodiment. To maintain clarity and professionalism for all clients, please review the following terms and conditions that apply to all style bookings.

General Terms

All bookings and payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Your booking reserves dedicated preparation time, creative energy, and session space tailored specifically to you.
Experiences are intended for one individual only and may not be shared, transferred, or gifted without prior written approval.
Reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture of the session.
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in the session being forfeited.
By completing your booking, you agree to these terms in full.
A maximum 2-week grace extension for each journey from date of purchase.

The Radiance Style Journey (3 Experiences)

Must be completed within 8 weeks (56 days) of the purchase date.
Up to one reschedule is permitted throughout the journey with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Each session builds upon the previous one to ensure integration and progress; please schedule accordingly.

The Essence Style Journey (5 Experiences)

Must be completed within 20 weeks (84 days) of the purchase date.
Up to two reschedules are permitted throughout the journey with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Consistent scheduling supports transformation; please plan sessions to maintain momentum.

The Emboided Confidence Journey and The Radiant Expression Journey (12 Experiences)

Must be completed within 14 weeks (98 days) of the purchase date.
Up to three reschedules are permitted throughout the journey with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Transformation unfolds through rhythm and presence. Consistent scheduling helps your journey stay aligned with the energy of your growth.
