All sessions, resets, journeys, digital offerings, and affiliate links are designed to support clarity, self-trust, and refined expression through insight-led guidance, embodied awareness, and identity coherence. This work is non-therapeutic, non-medical, and oriented toward discernment, integration, and sustainable alignment rather than emotional intensity or transformation-based outcomes.

By purchasing, booking, or accessing any offering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

General Terms

All bookings and payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Your booking reserves dedicated preparation time, creative energy, and session space tailored specifically to you.
Journeys are intended for one individual only and may not be shared, transferred, or gifted without prior written approval.
Reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture of the session.
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in the session being forfeited.
By completing your booking, you agree to these terms in full.
A maximum grace extension listed below for each journey from date of purchase.

Digital Products (Audio, PDFs, Courses, & Downloadable Content)

All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered once access has been granted.
Personal use only.
All digital products are licensed for individual, non-transferable use. They may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, copied, distributed, or reproduced in any form.
No unauthorized sharing.
You may not forward, upload, distribute, or make available any audio files, PDFs, course materials, or links to others, whether free or paid.
Copyright & intellectual property.
All content is protected by copyright and remains the sole intellectual property of Vaibhavi Radhy Patel. Purchase does not transfer ownership.
Access limitations.
Access to digital products may be provided through a client portal, private link, or email delivery. Access may be revoked if terms are violated.
No guarantees or outcomes promised.
Digital products are educational and reflective in nature. Results vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Style Journeys & Sessions (1:1 Services)

All sales are final.
Due to the personalized, time-reserved nature of style and coaching journeys, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered once a purchase is made.
Personal participation required.
Journeys are intended solely for the individual who purchased them. Sessions may not be shared, transferred, observed by others, or used on behalf of another person or organization
Active participation expected.
Clients are responsible for showing up on time, engaging thoughtfully, and participating with honesty and respect. Outcomes depend on personal engagement and cannot be guaranteed.
Scope of services.
Style and coaching journeys are insight-led, reflective, and non-therapeutic. They are not medical treatment, mental health therapy, trauma processing, legal advice, or professional consulting.
No guarantees or outcomes promised.
Results vary by individual. No specific results, changes, or transformations are promised or implied.
Not therapy or medical care.
These services do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other licensed professional care. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate support outside this container when needed.
Scheduling and completion windows apply.
Journeys must be completed within the stated timeframe from the original purchase date. Sessions not completed within that window are forfeited.
Rescheduling policy enforced.
Reschedules are limited per journey and require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be forfeited without refund.
Respectful use and conduct required.
Harassment, boundary violations, misuse of sessions, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the journey without refund.
Intellectual property.
All materials, frameworks, guidance, style documents, summaries, recordings, and session content remain the intellectual property of Vaibhavi Radhy Patel. Purchase does not transfer ownership.
No recording or redistribution.
Sessions may not be recorded, transcribed, shared, taught, reproduced, or repurposed without explicit written permission.
Access limitations.
Access to materials, summaries, or follow-up resources may be provided digitally and may be revoked if terms are violated.
Updates and changes.
Journey structures, materials, or delivery methods may be updated or modified at the provider’s discretion, while honoring the core scope of the purchased service.

Style Journeys ( Radiance Style Journey & Essence Style Journey)

Completion window
Style journeys must be completed within the stated timeframe from the original purchase date
• Radiance Style Journey must be completed within 10 weeks (70 days)
• Essence Style Journey must be completed within 14 weeks (98 days)
• Radiance Style Reset must be completed within 4 weeks (28 days)
Sessions not completed within this timeframe are forfeited.
Scheduling and rescheduling
Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions within the allotted timeframe.
• Radiance Style Journey and Radiance Style Reset allow up to one (1) reschedule
• Essence Style Journey allows up to two (2) reschedules
• All reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice
• Missed or late-canceled sessions will be forfeited
Sequential structure
Sessions are designed to build upon one another and must be completed in sequence. Consistent scheduling supports clarity and integration.
No extensions
Extensions beyond the stated completion window are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of the provider.
